    Good idea.

    I had put on some weight over the 6 week holidays so I decided to try doing alot more walking, cutting back on fatty, high calorie food and also try the XLS-ultra 5, I have so far lost 8 lbs!. Drinking plenty of water and keeping active have also been really helpful but I'm impressed with the results.

    XLS medical

    XLS ultra 5 seems to work well on some one who is overweight to obese as my husband lost 6lb in the first week and 4in the 2nd week but if you only have a few pounds to loose and you eat a low fats diet it doesn’t make any difference so I would only recommend this product for some one who has at least 2 to 3 stone to loose.
