Then I get a message from them asking where the mugs are (which were packaged right on top and should’ve been the first thing they saw in order to unpack the rest of the shipment) and then we’re saying I lied about the plates being broken despite the plates being sent back, broken, and I sent a photo of damage before the return was even initiated. She refused to send me a photo of the 4 broken plates. She tall me she wants to return the hole set. When I received it back 4 mugs were missing and only 1 salad was only broken.
