Bought to replace another Plantronics headset which had fallen to pieces with years of use. A little disappointed with this one. Very uncomfortable to wear as ear loop different design. This one just randomly beeps in your ear when it connects or disconnects from your handset with no way of knowing what it is actually doing. My previous one said "connected" or "Disconnected", "volume maximum" etc which is much more helpful. However at £20 ish not very costly.

    Simply if you can afford another right quid the next up in the range are far superior, but if not these will do, only they do sound very tinny.
