The mower is fantastic! However, the sellers communication is poor. Didn't respond to my query. Also I'm miffed because the discount offered wasn't applied to my purchase. Also be aware that this mower doesn't come with the mulching plug mentioned in the instructions. It has to be purchased separately from the manufacturer. Whilst the product is good I don't recommend the seller!

Excellent Build.I recommend this battery mower
Although rather heavy which reflects its excellent build, it cuts my lawn well but it would benefit from a roller to give stripes rather than tram lines,The quick charge battery is also excellent and lasts a full 40 mins. My one disappointment was that Gardencraft promised me a mulcher in the agreed price but then reneged.Having said that,their delivery was spot on time. Powerful , efficient , quiet and easy to use. Excellent product.
The whole product is of a high quality. It is easy to set up and start even for an 80 yr old. The power output is equal to my old petrol mower and significantly easier to manoeuvre. Highly delighted with the whole unit . Strongly recommend it.

Quick and easy - very little effort needed
We've got 2 for our 2.5 acres - does a good job - only snag is that it is very heavy. You can run with it which makes it quick and easy even on quite steep slopes. The flap at the back which makes the stripes needs reinforcing as on both the mowers these have torn. We prefer these to our ride on. The batteries work on other ego products i.e. a chain saw.
