The item was as described, very clean, neatly packed, etc. The seller was responsive to my enquiries about measurements before sending. (unfortunately, however, my hopes to match the exact fit to my previous GAP chinos (a petite size), didn't succeed, as I discovered when the item arrived - but this wasn't the seller's fault, more due to the fact that I haven't successfully purchased my "ideal" trousers" online ever, despite attempting to do this from time to time. Back to the charity shops!!)
