I am always happy with this product. It does exactly what it says on the label and supplier or I get my product off. I’ve had a couple of orders of this particular supplier now and they always send it on time. Never have a problem. I need to contact them. They message back the same day not a couple of days later and culture. The product is out of this world definitely value for money, people to use it if you need this particular product of this seller

Item arrived broken and the contents leaked all over the box and through it. Contacted seller with a photo. They replied asking for a photo which I already sent them. They did this a further 2 times after I sent a photo another 2 times! Seemed like a delay tactic. Couldn’t send a slimey box back to them. In the end EBay got involved and fully refunded me. As a buyer I shouldn’t have been put through any of this! Terrible. I don’t recommend this seller.
