It's Blutack...every home must have one
This product is always handy for adhering poster to the wall, but I found some sites that have many other uses, some of which I agree and have also possibly used it for: – Car claying – Removing bits of Blu-Tack from a wall [a slightly circular logic at work here but I’ll let it pass] – Recharging an Aspergic seven-year old – Fixing a loose hinge on a drawer – Drawing clouds – Picking up spilled beads – Fixing the bridge part of a pair of glasses – Targets for an indoor shooting range – Immobilising insect legs – Replacing lost lids on tubes of paint – Holding down hats for bald people – Stopping a door from banging loudly – Preventing the vibration buzz of a speaker stand – Removing sticky labels – Marking positions on maps – Rubbing out pencil marks – Opening black bags – Holding the ... At work I also use it for holding a couple of pencils and pens on the wall, to save them from rolling under my keyboard or elsewhere on my desk, keeping them in one place! Stuck On You BLU TACK

A timeless classic
The packaging is cardboard, and two sheets of plasticky-paper stuff. Simple, efficient, understated, and fit for purpose. I like that fact that it's thin. A cube of blu-tack would be a poor solution, but a thin sheet of it is cheap to post and easy to store. To the product itself. It has the classic, pale blue colour that some may call "duck egg" or "eau-de-nil," but this is not a product that gives itself airs; it's blue. It has a fascinating, unique texture: firm, yet becomes more stretchy and pliable with handling. Sticky enough to hold up posters, but not terrifyingly sticky, like superglue. Comes unstuck when required. Also good for making small models, if you really want to play with plasticine but you are a tad insecure in your adulthood. I used one pack to stick 200 postcards to ... The best sticky stuff
I have bought the cheaper stuff,not Blu Tac, and it doesnt stay sticky enough. This is the good stuff and all the posters have stayed where we put them! Looking forward to putting up decorations at Christmas and them staying put. My daughter has stuck birthday cards up which are normally on the floor in no time, but theyre still there! I have even stuck some ornaments down too as we have cats. There are no marks left behind on the wall or the mantlepiece. It comes out the pack really easily and you dont have to spend 5 minutes puling at it in order for it to get sticky either.I have bought the cheaper stuff,not Blu Tac, and it doesnt stay sticky enough.
