Purchased 4 items at the same time from this seller. Description said all items in stock for immediate dispatch but they sent all the items on 3 separate days so I had to make 3 trips to the click and collect shop. So 3 separate currier trips and 3 lots of packaging when the lot could go together in 1 box. Despite numerous times asking why they did this I got no answer. Very bad for the environment seller, won't be using again.

This arrived with the packaging wet. When I opened the product the inner cap was not sealed and was in the top of the lid and there was only approx 1 quarter of fluid left in the bottle. Seller asked for pics which I provided best I could. They then refunded me £3, a quarter of the price I paid for the bottle. I replied explaining I did not agree with this and have just been ignored since.
