Works straight out of the box, no need to pair or mess about in any way. Doesn't have the voice control that our old one had but £5 have no complaints, exellent value just great.

An easier option
Very different from the standard one supplied with the Samsung 4k TV, but far faster when you get used to it. Programming was a bit of a pain, but easy when I figured out that I was pointing to the wrong part of the TV - it has to be close... The actual control is far more sensitive than a traditional control, and requires less movement on the pad itself. A very nice product

It's a bit flimsy there to much room in the battery pack and it rattles I had to put half a rolled tissue in to stop the batteries from popping out

this remote control functions perfectly to control my 49" Samsung tv ,the original remote started to malfunction after 4 yrs of use and the Samsung replacement was very expensive. for £16.00 this replacement is an absolute bargain.
