Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase all items must be returned for a refund.
 
 
Orders before 14:00 are dispatched the same working day where possible and orders placed after 14:00 are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.
 
Please remember delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
 
Unfortunately we do not dispatch orders on bank holidays. Please note Saturday does not count as a working day.

We have a 30 return/cancellation policy on all items. All items reported as not received must be reported to ourselves within 14 working days from dispatch date.

Item Never received. Apparently item sent with insufficient postage resulting in my item not arriving in time for when it was required. I had to initiate contact with seller. Seller has stipulated that I only get a refund when it’s returned to them? Item was also incorrectly addressed to me according to RM. None of this is my fault and I feel that my integrity is brought into question. What a dog’s dinner . I hate giving neg feedback I have since purchased elsewhere but who cares.

The Error is with Royal mail and we still have not had the item returned, The address prints directly from your ebay account so cannot be an error at our end! We refunded you in good faith but as yet still do not have the item back. Unfortunately all couriers are not as reliable as they used to be..
