Coat arrived smelling musty. Described as having small marks. Washed it. Then noticed there is a Big cream stain down one arm and hood which looks wet. Seller is refusing to do anything because of washing the item. And took so long between replying to my question/requesting photos etc that I am probably not going to get anywhere. £263 for an otherwise gorgeous but stained white jacket. Not happy.

Buyer has been in contact. Buyer washed coat before contacting us and now complaining about marks that were not there when purchased and before they washed it. We are dealing with buyer and eBay.
