Good communication with seller, and due to shipping damages, my item was damaged.. we came to a understanding, and they found it to best to refund vs shipping another case in tape and bubble wrapping. That's how I received mine, and it was damaged. Over all sellers had good intentions and communications an responded each. I given a good brief overview and positive marks, and just wished my case wasn't damaged..
