Item malfunctioned, reported to seller, he agreed return and refund of postage. Cost £23.37 to return by UPS to Japan. Goods confirmed arrived with seller by UPS 23.12.22. Heard nothing until I contacted e bay on 3.1.23 (11 days) within 24 hours cost of goods refunded but not postage. Seller advised I needed to send him a paypal invoice - copied all details to e bay and told seller I had done this.I have now had postage refunded to my papal account.
