Item is good; exactly as advertised. One problem: the package arrived with $7.52 postage due. So... looks like the seller paid some postage, about $10, but this isn't "free economy shipping" to me. I just can't tell if the error was at the post office, or by the seller, so I will give the seller the benefit of the doubt.... and document it here so if it happens again, we know it. And if it doesn't happen again, no real harm.
