Seller sent a cheap plastic made camera that was nothing like the one pictured in the listing,The model number of the camera that they sent was printed on the delivery address label so in essence they knew which one they had sent and the one i received was NOT an error. Tried to blag me by saying the one i had been sent was much more expensive etc,.it is the worst one i had ever unboxed .Ebay had to intervene with regard to the return label & refund.

Avesta UK were excellent in keeping in contact with me,we both tried several ways of trying to get the DVR to work, but it seemed that there was a fault with the DVR, NO reflection at all on Avesta, things can get damaged , etc in transport and shipping. Avesta uk refunded the purchase cost and I WILL be going back to them .
