    Ordered ten ties. Ten were delivered but the best two ties ( Brioni and Brooks Brothers ) were missing. In there place two cheap ties were added. I am not sure if it was deliberate or an honest mistake. I brought it to seller's attention. Seller agreed to accept the return and offered full refund. The items were shipped back hopefully seller can sell them again. God is in his heavens and all right with the world.
