        The 10 x 6 brown bubble mailer was cut open at the top and the package was empty when it arrived to my home. the seller was rather negative when I spoke with her like she did not believe me. Still awaiting answer for credit for item. Reordered from another seller later that week and was received just as described.

        Sent the item to the buyer as described. Buyer claims the package was cut open & no item inside, apparently not the first time from what she told me. Ebay was trying to force me into accepting the return although there was nothing to return on buyers end. Buyer acting like its my fault her item was stolen from her mailbox. Receipt and pictures show the weight of the item being shipped.

        As a seller and a buyer, I was not happy with what this seller told me when the item was damaged from packing, not shipping. To not do something about it other than to tell me to contact the shipper because it was insured is not right. THIS REFLECTS ON ALL OF THE SELLERS IF YOU DON’T DO THE RIGHT THING.

        Item was well wrapped in bubble wrap. Toy was inspected before it shipped and was in good condition. Also I have picture of it nicely packaged. Buyer wanted a bigger discount or free item. Apparently If you don't give them the item and the money you aren't doing the right thing.
