If we use a courier, time-frame can vary depending on the order placed, however all orders are usually delivered within 1 – 5 working days. The main couriers we use are UK Mail and Parcelforce. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, we reserve the right to recover our shipping costs. This is usually deducted from the refund.
 
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
 
An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and up to 30 working days following delivery of the goods.
Refunds will be issued within 30 working days of receipt of goods and after the Seller has inspected them for damage. The Seller reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Buyer s refund if items are returned damaged. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, we reserve the right to recover our shipping costs. This is usually deducted from the refund.
