These people are insulting, I received this rack and its twisted/bent out of shape, sent photos CLEARLY showing it, yet they want it returned to CHECK it, but I disabled and the taxi fare to and from the PO is way more than the cost of this thing, I spend £thousands on ebay and only bought it because my CC went into credit and they asked I use/spend the excess, and these people are indicating that I am dishonest. They can keep the £10.
