Very quick dispatch & good price, delivered by Amazon. Plants in bare root condition ready for potting up, but roots were a bit less than as shown in advert. There also wasn’t enough compost to pot up the last plant though & perhaps the wrong bag was provided since this was a “5 pot starter pack + 2 oxygenating plant” and not a “4 pot +2” purchase. All doing well in the pond and hopefully will be strong plants by summer.

My plants arrived safely, in excellent packaging, just as well as the driver dumped the box upside down on an exposed doorstep, rang the bell and ran away..... in 31 degree heat but the plants are very healthy and thanks to the excellent packing are in good health. I am also very impressed with all the instruction leaflets which I shall study carefully to get the best out of these top quality plants. Thank you

Advertised as BARGAIN. Bought 4 plants at £5.40 each received in a 4x 3 box. All 4 plants tiny that fit in the middle of my palm. Contacted seller describing disappointment and demonstrating plants were in no way a bargain. No compromise from seller, advised to return which I did. Charged 10% purchase price for return! This company is a disgrace to eBay and the description of plants they sell. Bought better plants much bigger for less immediately, happy to pass on address to anyone. Avoid avoid

Sorry you were not happy with your order, we are a nursery so all plants are small. What you received were healthy plants that grow quickly but we will refund any returned orders if the customer is not happy. This time of the year the plants are dormant as it is low season but they will flourish quickly.
