The item doesn’t appear to be like the Premiata shoe purchased directly from the designer. I communicated with the seller. They weren’t happy with my request for a full refund. Unfortunately I have not heard from them since. I submitted pictures to substantiate my concerns but no response since. I could be wrong as they said this is the new summer line. Hopefully eBay will help me to resolve this.
