      A door to this century.

      Several artists and other well known accompanists re record several of the Doors more well known songs. Each singer brings his own vocal style to this recording. I especially like Todd Rundgren's Whiskey Bar. He has sang other songs of this type before. A perfect choice for him. Other singers/ players who contribute are no longer with us. The late Leslie West and Keith Emerson give us great performances.Mark Farner and Pat Travers both rockers in their own right give us takes on two different songs. Pat's version of The End is his own and unlike the original. If you like the Doors or any of the players on this disc, you should check it out.
