Hi everyone this company is so arrogant ,I ordered a rug £100 ,it came ,& I put it down but it was out of shape ,so I complained, they said they would except the rug back& if I ordered another they would give me 25% discount ,to I wrapped the rug & taped it ,& when my new rug came ,it was swapped over by the courier ,apparently it arrived back at there depot dirty ,they sent me a message saying they can't refund me as the rug not wrapped properly & they couldn't sell it ,I can't understand why
