arrived as advertised re timing. Product exactly as described. I installed it on my carpeted floor. Time will tell re its durability. I say this as I bought this as a replacement for one that seemed identical to this new one .. the old one cracked in a couple of places because of seat wheel pressure.. though I cant say I bought that one from this supplier .. as I can't remember as it was c. 4 years ago. Hopefully this new one is advertised as absolute top quality material will last much longer.
