I ordered it was because it said it was a zipped mattress protector. When it arrived it wasn't. It was a flat top with nylon sides which tucked under the mattress. I contacted the company to say I wasn't happy and I had guests coming over Christmas. I told them I had no choice but to use it. They took some time to reply ,eventually had a message to return it. When I replied to say I had to use it and hadn't got original packaging I was told they will not accept a return.
