first of all your item was sent to you and it did get lost in transit as the tracking showed, we then went out of our way to resend another one to you with a quick delivery service. also your language is not very appropriate.

Item sent twisted and folded in a box , seller didn’t have much of a reaction to , a week goes by and it returns somewhat to the correct shape only to find its exactly like a oem one just 10-15mm too small . Seller then says i can return the item which when i do i get charged £3.55 for a label and then the return is cancelled and removed from my ebay . 10-10 do non recommend
