This bed is a steal @ £350, comes with mattress don't believe it's ortho but it's not bad, mite get a thick mattress topper so it's a bit firmer n comfier. Everything was brand new and wrapped. No damage to it anywhere but I did have to drill some more holes in the headboard as only 4 of the holes lined up. The bed is absolutely MASSIVE. Delivery guy was great and super strong I couldn't of lifted this mattress on my own and he just threw it on his shoulder. great item, great service!! Thank you

Quality of bed poor . Staples not used correctly to staple down material. Had to remove staple to prevent mattress being ripped or potentially cutting your wrist . Took Severn days to complete delivery.however the seller was very supportive and apologetic on behalf of delivery company . The product was well wrapped. But covered in warehouse dust . My trousers got covered helping unload .had to remove packaging on driveway . To prevent damaging new carpet and white staircase and white bedroom.

To be clear I purchased the double divan base with drawers and headboard WITHOUT mattress. I was slightly apprehensive but, apart from one aborted delivery attempt (extreme weather conditions)which I mention because I was contacted immediately and a further delivery attempt was arranged successfully and with impeccable service.
The items were well packaged. Very pleased with quality and build.
