The seller was very helpful, I ordered a vase and did not realise it was dark green, I actually wanted a black one, when confirmation came through I seen it was green I contacted the seller and explained it to him, he changed the colour and told me he would send it the next day, true to his word he did, I'm made up with the vase, I would buy from seller again.

Back in July, I ordered 3 of the vases, for my mum in laws grave. Recently, the old flowers were removed, along with the round inserts. I contacted Steve’s Signs and Memorials, to see if I could possibly order 3 more, and my query was answered straightaway! The communication was super quick! Today, I have received not 3, but 12!
