Some of the tiny sequins do tend to fall off, but mostly near seams where they are cut through. The dress is well-sized for modern Barbies. Doesn't fit the vintage dolls, but works nicely on the BJD dolls as well. The dress was finished and lined. Not cheaply made at all. That extra line of stitching on the velcro makes so much difference! Arrived sooner than expected.
