All standard Royal Mail postal services normally arrive within 3 working days. The is not guaranteed, and all orders can take up to 15 working days before any lost or delayed delivery claims can be processed.

RETURNS:
 
Returning an item you have purchased by mistake or are the wrong size etc:
 
 
We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 30 days of purchase. Please open a return request through your eBay purchase stating "made a mistake". You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier or use the return process supplied by eBay. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging. Please include a copy of the complete returns form. We will refund the total cost of the goods, minus a restocking charge when we receive the goods back in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge.
 
Returning an item that is faulty:
 
If we have supplied an item that is faulty or goes faulty in the first 30 days of receipt we will supply you a pre paid returns label. Please open a return request through your eBay purchase stating "faulty/damaged". (Please put a copy of the returns with the goods.) Should we ( and sometimes the manufacturer ) upon receipt of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.

None returnable goods:
 
We will not accept returns of none stock goods, Consumables, Gasses, Oils, Lubricants, Perishables, or specially ordered items. This is simply because most of our suppliers will not accept these items back. When possible, with agreement from our suppliers to accept such returned goods, a handling charge at their discretion will apply (To be advised). Vehicles sold on my shop are for personal sale, and we do not accept returns. Any vehicle sold is purchased sold as seen.
 
 
WARRANTY:
 
We offer a return to base policy only. Being a distributor for many products, in certain cases (depending on product manufacturer) some will allow a collection process at no cost to you. This is subject to the warranty claim being accepted.
 
Should you have received faulty goods please call 01633 676800 before the items are returned.
 
We will process your claim, and if the goods are found to be faulty, a replacement will be supplied free of charge. Should however the returned item be damaged or abused no replacement or credit will be given. Return charge of your goods will apply. It is the responsibility of the customers to return goods to our choice of destination within UK mainland should they be damaged on arrival, under warranty or no longer required.

    No tool is perfect

    I bought this tool to assist with removing two tiles off a wall. In theory it is well designed, however - I found the 'no tool' fitting system a bit of a fiddle and the operating lever requires quite a forceful effort to operate. Also if not turned to the fully open poistion it has a tendancy to slip back & that bruised my fingers. In operation the tool is noisy. The provided disc for removing grout / cutting tiles was not very effective, being slow and has already worn out after a couple of tiles. (I did not expect a brilliant disc, but thought it would do better) The dust extraction system is OK, but makes the tool less practical in use. The power cable is quite stiff and again this affects the ease of use and putting it back in the supplied case. I guess it is OK for the price I paid, ...
