Exactly as described. Quality product at a great price, free postage, well packaged & they arrived by the due date. These were the Large size insert & while they could have been a bit wider, they're not a bad fit for my wide heel area, UK10 shoes. They don't slip around when walking etc. Nice & squishy, but also supportive & they feel comfortable under foot. Only time will tell if they alleviate the pain from my Plantar Fasciitis, but worth a go. Would buy from this seller again. A+++++
