RETURNS:
 
Returning an item you have purchased by mistake or are the wrong size etc:
 
 
We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 30 days of purchase. Please open a return request through your eBay purchase stating "made a mistake". You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier or use the return process supplied by eBay. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging. Please include a copy of the complete returns form. Vehicles sold on my shop are for personal sale, and we do not accept returns. Any vehicle sold is purchased sold as seen.

We offer a return to base policy only. Being a distributor for many products, in certain cases (depending on product manufacturer) some will allow a collection process at no cost to you. This is subject to the warranty claim being accepted.
 
Should you have received faulty goods please call 01633 676800 before the items are returned.
 
We will process your claim, and if the goods are found to be faulty, a replacement will be supplied free of charge. Should however the returned item be damaged or abused no replacement or credit will be given. Return charge of your goods will apply. It is the responsibility of the customers to return goods to our choice of destination within UK mainland should they be damaged on arrival, under warranty or no longer required.

    Cheap and low quality made to look legit

    Can't even say it broke after one use as it didn't even get that far before all the thread was stripped. I was attempting to remove a couple of links from a brand new chain so not exactly like it had seized solid and was used incorrectly. It looks like an impressive tool and had a nice rubber grip which set it aside from other chain tools. Disappointed

    Very poor design and quality. Not fit for purpose.

    I attempted to use this tool and found it unfit for purpose due to its inadequate design and very poor quality. I had already removed and refitted the chain using my 40 year old chain removal tool. Unfortunately I couldn't free up the reassembled link, which is tight after pressing in the rivet, because the chain shelf intended to facilitate that was broken. Hence the need for a replacement tool. This brand new Silverline Chain Rivet Extractor tool proved totally inadequate for the task too for the following reasons: 1) The chain shelf nearest the drive handle, the one intended to facilitate loosening of tight chain links is too short. As a result, as soon as the press pin applies pressure to the rivet, the chain 'tips' over and the pin slides off the rivet. 2) The threaded press pin ...

    A bit wobbly.

    This product DOES push out the pins in bicycle chains but it isn't the best-made tool on the planet. The engineering is a little "loose and wobbly" to say the least, but it is tolerable for very occasional usage.
