    Good product

    What I found that I really like about this product is the fact that it was not extracted 10 to 1 or any of the like. I want straight refined product. 10 t0 1 vs straight refined doesn't change the absorption of the sugar in the blood. you still have just so many mg's in the capsule. I use this product to help keep my blood sugar under control daily. And it works along the other herbs I take. By the way I am type 2 diabetic, just for the record.

    Helps my blood sugar!

    This really helps with my blood sugar. Usually if I eat something I'm not supposed to have, I get that fuzzy feeling. But when I pop one of these babies, I'm good. Ceylon cinnamon and a different brand of Gymnema didn't do that for me. I'm sticking with Best Naturals Gymnema.
