Maybe the postal employees at the regional center in Rhode Island were using it as a pillow and didn't want to let go of the package.     I bought a pair of UGGS Mocassin shoes from this seller. The items was in pre-owned condition. When I received the shoes, they did not look as pictured in his listing. The shoes was were in deplorable condition. They did not fit as well. I contacted the seller. He asked me to return the shoes. I am a disabled woman. I threw out the original packaging. It was trash day. I have no means to go out and purchase another package. I would kindly like a partial refund. Horrible experience. Thank you!

    The size the buyer ordered don't fit. She refused to return the shoes with a prepaid label at my expense. Explained she could leave it out in any bag for the postman - her disability prevents her from doing this. She would not send a picture of the "dirty" shoes. We share the same sentiments of the entire process from beginning to end. -Kevin
