Very bad experience...wrong dimensions,( 400 mm instead of 450 mm ordered), two rails missing and boards chipped, communication OK, polite, full of promises, but to no avail, lost joiner appointment, I do not recommend Got missing rails 4 days later been promised a call back to update me on the situation, no call, no message. Returning items via Ebay money back guarantee, a waste of time, stay away.

was in the middle of sorting out your issues but you decided to leave neg feedback instead , the fact you were measuring the wood we sent you incorrectly band in fact the correct items were sent does not seem to matter to you !when you check properly what you received and find it is in fact correct please remove this in accurate feedback !!!
