NEVER replied to any of my messages or requests for the combined postage. Took a week before this was done - packaging material (mostly newspaper) and box were damp and had a distinct odour. Luckily, it didn't go through to the dolls!

Hello, I am sorry that you were dissatisfied with the service. The postage I had to pay for the two dolls cost me £8.35 as they were over 2kg. As I had agreed to combine postage I only charged you £4.60. I am sad to hear that this was anything less than satisfactory.
I am aware that I took longer to reply than normal as it was over Christmas and I wasn't as active for a few days, so, apologies for that. Regarding the box being damp, I can make a complaint to the courier. All the best, Shannon
