Beautiful beds. My kids loves them. The other screw (the big one) for the headboard was flat as well and difficult to screw it in as there were no extra screws. We just put for temporary as of now. If you can send us the correct ones pls. Any guarantee or warranty for the beds

To be clear I purchased the double divan base with drawers and headboard WITHOUT mattress. I was slightly apprehensive but, apart from one aborted delivery attempt (extreme weather conditions)which I mention because I was contacted immediately and a further delivery attempt was arranged successfully and with impeccable service.
The items were well packaged. Very pleased with quality and build.
