RETURNS:
 
Returning an item you have purchased by mistake or are the wrong size etc:
 
 
We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 30 days of purchase. Please open a return request through your eBay purchase stating "made a mistake". You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier or use the return process supplied by eBay. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging. Please include a copy of the complete returns form. We will refund the total cost of the goods, minus a restocking charge when we receive the goods back in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge.
 
Returning an item that is faulty:
 
If we have supplied an item that is faulty or goes faulty in the first 30 days of receipt we will supply you a pre paid returns label. None returnable goods:
 
We will not accept returns of none stock goods, Consumables, Gasses, Oils, Lubricants, Perishables, or specially ordered items. This is simply because most of our suppliers will not accept these items back. When possible, with agreement from our suppliers to accept such returned goods, a handling charge at their discretion will apply (To be advised). Vehicles sold on my shop are for personal sale, and we do not accept returns. Any vehicle sold is purchased sold as seen.
 
 
WARRANTY:
 
We offer a return to base policy only. Being a distributor for many products, in certain cases (depending on product manufacturer) some will allow a collection process at no cost to you. This is subject to the warranty claim being accepted.
 
Should you have received faulty goods please call 01633 676800 before the items are returned.
 
We will process your claim, and if the goods are found to be faulty, a replacement will be supplied free of charge. Should however the returned item be damaged or abused no replacement or credit will be given. Return charge of your goods will apply. It is the responsibility of the customers to return goods to our choice of destination within UK mainland should they be damaged on arrival, under warranty or no longer required.

    Excellent tool.

    Its dead brilliant for getting into tight spots and the little spotlamp is dead useful too. If I were to suggest an improvement it would be to make the bulb come on with a gentle squeeze of the trigger so that placing the tip of the screwdriver can be done with illumination before a full sqeeze turns the bit. Alternatively a second switch to turn the bulb on would help for dark corners. Nenetheless it is a brilliant little screwdriver. My previous one lasted several years until it was accidentaly thrown away with a pile of waste.

    ADEQUATE FOR SMALL JOBS

    Purchased this to replace a Black & Decker that I had for several years but had lost the charger. Decided to get one with a USB charger. This is not "powerful". It is perfect for small jobs like removing a lampshade or small hooks - little screws. Maybe putting together some flatpack. Nothing masonry! It is much wider in girth to hold, at least for me a female with small hands and some arthritis. But as I just cannot manipulate an ordinary screwdriver I needed this. It came with extra drill bits two can store on the screwdriver itself, so not likely to get lost, and the old drill bits fitted perfectly. In short, it does what I wanted it to do.

    Total waste of time and money

    Even with a fully pre drilled hole and the screwdriver freshly charged it doesn't have the power to drive in a screw properly. Really disappointed.
