    Package arrived from post office with damaged packaging/end was torn. The item parts were luckily not damaged, but the screws to assemble were lost. Was able to get replacement screws for free from manufacturer. Stuff happens. Seller maaaaybe could have packaged the screws taped to the inside of the package for next time? Otherwise, they sold and communicated in good faith. A+
