The claim these are hernia support underwear is total rubbish, as there is no support at all the only support these have is a waste band to hold them up like any pants, Hernia pants have support in the groin aria normally with sawn in pockets to allow for support pads, or they are reinforced again in the grin aria where the hernia occurs, these shorts/pants are of a flimsy silk like material with as said absolutely no support.
