I purchased 4 curtains poles, I didn’t received it on time when delivered It was left in the wrong address and I received it by my neighbor. The box was all wet. I was really annoyed and when I open the box there was no instructions all poles were in pieces. I had to do it myself the joint part is not really accurate and doesn’t click properly, and it sold as Crome but steel I spent around £160 for 4 poles and what I got I am so disappointed with my purchase. I hope he can improve his service.

Parcel was delivered within estimated delivery date and proof of delivery shows that this was accepted and signed by neighbours. Unfortunately we have no information of what was done with the parcel after it was accepted. The fitting instructions are usually provided with items and if there's any issue we're always happy to help with additional guidelines. Product is poor, cut with cutting disk and it discoloured at the end where it was cut. Contacted the seller and their response was we advise you cut with a hacksaw. This advice is not shown on listing or with the product what good is their advice after the fact, seller was obnoxious and ignorant to my frustration this advice was not conveyed to buyer before hand. If you have an issue its your issue not theirs.

From our conversation it seems that you have cut one item and even after noticing the issue you still decided to cut and damage all of the other items received without any previous contact with us to see if the item is even eligible to be cut and what tool should be used. Unfortunately if as a buyer you decide to cut the item it is fully your decision and we're unable to take any responsibility of the damage you have caused.
