Poor quality , poorly made!.
Bought this as a replacement unit ,this syphon unit has started to become difficult to flush already due to the syphon lift spindle wearing the body hole oval and letting the water out back into the cistern. You now have to flush the cistern several times to ensure that it flushes fully.

Fragile product unsuitable for daily use
After2 days use the flush Handle snapped off leaving us without toilet until I retrieved the old assembly from the Whealy bin.The assembly supplied was a fragile and too short for comfortable use I have pictures available

Full Cistern kit complete.
Really good bit of kit, it contains everything you could need and a bargain too. The arm was plastic, not metal so it was impossible to bend around the syphon and the plastic arm was straight. I have a hexagonal shafted handle, so for me there were some compromises to make, but these things are sent to try us. Needs planning first, but for most purposes this is a very good bargain pack which contains everything you would need.to replace the complete system. Brilliant!
