Right for you to cancel your Order

If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the Goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
 
Right for us to cancel your order
 
We reserve the right to cancel your order up to any point before delivery if we do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods, we do not deliver to your area/country, if one or more of the goods was listed an incorrect price.
 
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will return to you any sums paid as soon as possible (usually the same day). We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
 
Returns Policy
 
The Buyer, under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, has the statutory right to return any product/s the Buyer has purchased within seven (7) working days after the delivery for any reason, even if the Buyer has simply changed their mind. This can be either part of or the whole order. If the seven (7) days have expired then the Seller is unable to accept a return unless the item is faulty by a manufacturing reason. The Buyer must inform the Seller in writing (email) or by telephone 0191 2803364 within seven (7) working days. The Seller will contact the Buyer and arrange any collection that is required. Once the goods have been returned to the Seller, the Seller will inspect the goods and if returned in its original condition and original packaging the Buyer will be entitled to a refund of the goods less delivery charges and collection charges. Please note the Buyer will be informed of the costs from the Seller before the return is finally agreed between the two parties. The Seller must return the agreed refund within 30 days from receipt of goods at the latest. The goods must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging, no other method is acceptable and the Seller has the right to refuse return. The Buyer does have the right to return the goods by their own means but the Seller will take no responsibility for the condition that the goods arrive in. The Seller has the right to refuse delivery of the return by other sources if the goods are not in their original packaging or the goods are clearly damaged by the delivery method at point of delivery/return. The refund will not include a non refundable deposit value if an item is bespoke or classed as non-standard.

    Great game

    Great game keeps you on your toes strickly for adults deserves 18 certificate worth the purchase my daughter loves it finds it Compelling and hard not to play. Gory scarey and that's before my daughter played it with the v. r headset in 1 word excellent looking forward to no 8.

    Really good game, good graphics really enjoy it only started playing it today but love it so far. The estimated delivery was for the 16th and I got it on the 11th really happy with the delivery and the game it is brand new and sealed so really made up with the game and the value you and good price aswell

    Best game I've played since RE1!

    So glad I got this game. Reminded me of RE1 so much- the gameplay, story, atmosphere- eveything is perfect. Have been addicted since i started it! The story is great, and I feel Capcom have truly succeded in rejuvinating the RE franchise with this game. Its utter genius, and I really hope the follow up games will use this format as it is utterly compeling! Hugely recommend this title for all survival horror addicts like me :) you wont regret it! Also the service was great, dispached an hour after payment, arrived the next day. Will use again for sure!!!
