I ordered NGK cables and the parts were well packaged and arrived intact, however the length of the cables was slightly different from what I expected based on the item description, and one of the four cables I wasn t able to use. After communicating this to start245, they took a few days to consider the situation and refunded 100% of what was paid for the product.
