Gemstone was one of three ordered, other two were in perfect condition but this one was broken so emailed the seller yesterday and today re refunded the price of the broken stone. Very fast response. Excellent seller. I gave shipping star one hit, they were estimated to be here by Jan. 22 but arrived 02 02 2024 don’t blame shipper I blame postal service, they have gotten really slow.

The seller was involved throughout the purchase. We both had questions. The communication was clear and courteous. I appreciated the timeliness of the responses and my opals arrived a full 30 days before expected. The delivery time may have been luck however, as once the seller got them in the mail, which was quick by the way, it's out of their hands. The stones were not exactly as pictured, but I preferred mine over the picture. They were more delicate in color. Good experience for me!
