PERSONALISED ITEMS Terms of Sale
 
Your item will be posted out 2 to 5 working days after we have received cleared payment. Please note during the busy periods like Christmas items can take a little longer to arrive due to a heavier workload on us and on Royal Mail.
 
We do not offer refunds on personalised items.
 
If we have made an error we will replace the item. If you have made the error we will replace the item for a fee, so please take care when spelling your name and/or engraving. Please pay particular attention to the capitalisation of names and words as if you write "distinctive" you will receive the item without a capital D, it will be exactly as you have written it.
 
If the item is faulty a replacement will be issued upon inspection of the item.
 
If you are returning an item please send it back to our address at the bottom of this page. Please ensure you include your full name, postal address, telephone number and eBay ID to avoid any delay.

If you are unhappy with your item, please send it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The item(s) must be returned in it's original condition with it's original box/packaging. The greatest of care and time is taken when making and supplying your items, however in the event that you are not satisfied with your item, we will always try to help wherever possible.
 
The first thing we would encourage is that you CONTACT US immediately to inform us that there is a problem, that way we can try to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
 
We offer a 30 DAY full refund on all of our items in store with the exception OF personalised items (unless the error is ours or the item is faulty, then the full refund will still apply to you) as these are bespoke and cannot be resold to anyone else, this then makes them unsalable.
 
We are unable to refund return postage when making refunds, however depending on the reason for return, you may not need to return the item at all, and a replacement will be sent out. (This is decided on a case by case basis and is discretional)
 
We would ask that before you decide to leave neutral or negative feedback, please contact us first and we will try to rectify the situation.
