This is an outstanding seller to deal with. Fair prices that are more than reasonable in this economy. The product is even better condition than described, a true value for my money. Packaged and shipped well shows seller has concern for the products he sells to arrive in excellent condition. The seller is friendly and communicates timely with his customers. All in all I highly recommend this seller and would do business again anytime. Thank you and be safe. Good luck to the future.

There was an issue with the item (apparently shipped, but never arrived). Seller did not communicate with me despite request for follow-up. However they did refund the purchase price. Communication lacking but seller is honest and I would trust to do business with again.

Saw this when it came out in 1950s :) Yeah, I'm that old

This is in the 1950s "what horror can we expect?" type movies a lot of hyp, but James Arness went on to star for 20 years as the lead in GUNSMOKE TV Western. You have to take the breaks when they come. Usual cheesy alien and people running about. However, it is still a real look at what we saw and cringed at in the theaters while munching popcorn and drinking Coca-Cola. I saw this in a theater in San Antonio in the heat of the summer. My mother and I were on our way to a tour of Mexico and our hotel stopover was not air conditioned, we saw it three times in a row to stay cool. I just bought this in 2021 to show my son and granddaughter.

    Thing from another world... F-

Well for all the hype of this movie it's TERRIBLE! Maybe 5 minutes of footage at best of the Thing J Arness. I love b grade scifi but this movie stinks. Big Arness fan as well, Thing looks like marshal Dillon in a painters outfit. You can tell its him by the mannerisms. I'll keep it in the collection and watch it again for a good laugh.

  • The Old Thing - from another world

A space traveler crash lands in the Arctic. He and his ship are soon frozen. Some USAAF men and scientists discover it and try to thaw it but succeed only in destroying the ship. The pilot, however, survives, and they haul him, in his cake of ice, back to the base camp. When he accidentally thaws and returns to life, he realizes that he is stranded on an unfriendly world. He is not a happy camper. He is eight feet tall, very strong, very angry, and bears a vague resemblance to James Arness. He has some, er, peculiarities. He has the physiology of a vegetable - sap is his blood - and he can regrow a severed limb. He thrives on animal blood - four-legged, two-legged, he isn't particular. His mission is to grow an army of others like him from seeds that he carries under his ...

  • Absolute classic 1950s scifi / horror.

As a kid I must have watched The Thing on a 21" B&W TV, with a horribly grainy print of the movie. It's really nice to see it in this digital format on a big screen TV.
