Needed a nice silk rose but as it was crushed, I ordered some nice ones elsewhere as I needed it for a certain day. Shop said to try a hairdryer as heat could smooth the petals, may I suggest that you stop packers from squashing a flower into a 1cm high box, fit for buds and loose petals? More customers will be annoyed with receiving crushed fully sized flowers. This flower deserved better packaging. It would have looked much nicer.
