    Top Notch Therapy Methods

    Fantastic back therapy exercises. Book was highly recommended by my Physical Therapist along with the Treat Your Own Neck book. They have both helped literally stop the pain. He did recommended that if an exercise did not help to stop immediately and try one of the others. I have gone forward two steps and back one several times but for the fist time in months I am pain free without heavy duty drugs.
