Good experience with seller so giving 5 stars to them - item received swiftly. The product however, the suction is very good and you can adjust how much power to use. Negatives - the bar is very short, even when on max length making it hard to use it - I'm barely 5ft so don't think it would work well for an average/taller person. Also found the main part of the hoover had toppled over a couple times when hoovering the landing for the first time. Wouldn't recommend it.
